- The Planning Phase: Dr Nagpal carries out a free consultation, followed by a 3D CBCT scan to measure bone density, map nerve pathways, and plan your optimal implant placement.
- The Surgical Phase: Dr Nagpal places the titanium post into the jawbone under local anaesthetic chairside. Dental sedation is available for anxious or nervous patients.
- The Healing Phase: Over 12 weeks, your bone naturally fuses around the implant (osseointegration) to create a solid, long-lasting foundation.
- The Prosthetic Phase: A custom-made crown or bridge is fixed onto the implants, completing your smile. For All-on-X, temporary teeth are placed on the same day as surgery.
