EXCELLENT Based on 470 reviews Posted on Herbert HallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was just so wonderful to be admitted as a result of scare I endured in my back teeth. I am now a much happier bunny even though I have to take anti-biotics as a result.Posted on Mike RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you xPosted on Mr EnglefieldTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had to have a tooth replaced with an implant a couple of years ago, was very impressed with the professionalism of Mahesh and his team, the procedure was smooth and stress free. Just had a recent check up and again very impressed, from the customer service team to the hygienist no-one here seems to disappoint, thank you Smiles StudioPosted on erika mooreTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a hygienist appointment at this dental surgery and for the first time in my life, I wasn’t scared. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the treatment, which honestly felt unbelievable to me. I’ve always been extremely anxious about visiting the dentist due to a bad experience many years ago, long before I joined this practice. That fear stayed with me for years. But from the moment I walked in, I felt reassured and cared for. The hygienist was so gentle, patient, and understanding, constantly making sure I was comfortable. This is genuinely the first time I can say I’m actually looking forward to coming back to see the hygienist. That’s something I never thought I would say! Thank you for completely changing my experience and restoring my confidence in dental visits. Thank you Shanaka Nilanka :)
Are you suitable for snap-on dentures?
Patients who currently wear dentures and want more stability can find comfort in implant dentures. If you’re missing most or all of your teeth in one arch and have a sufficient amount of bone, you’ll likely be a good candidate.
Plus, if you want a more secure, cost-effective solution, you might prefer implant dentures to alternative fixed solutions like All-on-4. Not sure which will work best? Implant dentures clip in and out; All-on-4 is permanently fixed. Let us help you decide which option suits your needs and budget better. Book a consultation with Dr Nagpal:
The Implant Denture Procedure
Dr Nagpal positions small titanium implants in your jawbone, which will connect to abutments that sit on top of your gums, allowing your denture to attach securely while remaining removable when needed.
Your denture will be digitally designed and custom-made to suit your features, and finished in either porcelain or zirconia for a highly natural look.
- Planning Stage: Begin with a detailed assessment with 3D scanning to examine bone density, plan precise placement, and confirm your suitability for treatment.
- Surgery Stage: Dr Nagpal carefully positions the implant into the jaw using guided techniques for precision and accuracy under local anaesthetic chairside. Dental sedation is available for nervous patients.
- Healing Stage: Over a period of 3 months, the implant bonds naturally with the bone, creating a stable foundation for your long-term prosthetic.
- Prosthetic Stage: After a period of osseointegration, your custom-made snap-on denture will be attached to the abutment and tested for functionality.
