We review your medical history and any health updates or medications that could affect your teeth and gums.
We visually assess each tooth for decay and to catch early surface cavities that may have developed since we last saw you.
Our dentists assess each existing restoration, testing old fillings, crowns and bridges to ensure they’re structurally sound.
An advanced periodontal screening of your gums and pockets is performed to measure plaque levels and help safeguard against disease and bone loss.
We’ll assess your soft tissues, such as your inner cheeks, palate, and tongue, to ensure they are perfectly healthy.
A vital, life-saving mouth cancer screening and preventive checkup is performed at every routine visit.
Our dentists assess the bite, alignment, occlusion, jaw, and TMJ joint to prevent premature wear, grinding, headaches, and provide any orthodontic recommendations.
If necessary, we take low-dose digital X-rays to check between the teeth and under the gumline, where the eyes can’t see, to assess for decay or disease.
We carry out an open, no-obligation discussion about any changes you’d like to make, from whiter teeth to straighter alignment or any concerns you might have around your smile.
You’ll leave with a good understanding of our findings, and an explanation of your current health will be provided, along with recommendations for any next steps.

Around 30 minutes. We run to a strict clinical schedule, so you can book during your lunch break or on your way to work.

Are X-rays really included in the price?

Yes. If our dentists determine that small intraoral digital X-rays are clinically required to see between your teeth, they are covered entirely by your £75 new patient fee.

How can my children get free check-ups?

Children under 18 receive free dental check-ups on the NHS.

What happens if I need treatment?

If we detect a cavity or an issue with an old filling, we will give you a clear, visual explanation and quote. You are never pressured into making a decision on the day.
