Multiple Implant Treatment Types We Offer
Unlike alternative, removable options, implant-based treatments offer fixed placement, allowing you to speak, eat and smile freely, without any limits and without having to worry your prosthetic will come loose. If you have tooth loss at separate ends of your smile (in different spots), you’ll require single implants. The following treatments are designed for teeth missing in a row:
A permanently fixed implant bridge that replaces multiple missing teeth using two or more implants. Best for replacing several missing teeth in a single area (a perfect alternative to traditional bridges).
A removable denture that clips onto 2 or 3 implants for extra stability, offering better security than traditional dentures. Removed for cleaning and offers reduced movement when eating & speaking.
All-on-4 or All-on-6 replaces a full arch of failing or missing teeth using 4 or 6 implants. Offering a full set of fixed teeth in a single visit, All-on-4 is typically referred to as same-day teeth.
Multiple implant treatment
Multiple implants for adjacent missing teeth, a few gaps or a full arch are fixed in place, giving you complete confidence day-to-day, knowing they’ll never slip, fall out of place or cause you any discomfort or speech problems.
Multiple implants use strategically placed titanium posts to support bridges, dentures, or a full set of teeth, saving you time and money.
What to expect
- Multiple implant treatments last decades (98% success over 10+ years)
- Replace multiple teeth with as few as little as 2 implants
- Use implant bridges to replace up to 6 teeth with 3 implants
- Replace a full row of failing or missing teeth in a day
- Restores strong biting function for normal eating
- No damage to neighbouring teeth (unlike traditional bridges)
- No slipping, no adhesives, no accidents
- Indistinguishable from natural teeth

Multiple Implant Procedure
- Take up to 3 appointments
- 80-90% of natural bite force restored
- Around 3 months to heal and fuse
- Temporary teeth possible
Regardless of the type of implant-based treatment, all dental implants are similar in the way they are planned and positioned. The only difference will be your final restoration. When placing a dental implant in your jawbone, it will require a three-month healing period for it to fuse.
- Planning Stage: Begin with a detailed assessment with 3D scanning to examine bone density, plan precise placement, and confirm your suitability for treatment.
- Surgery Stage: Dr Nagpal carefully positions the implant into the jaw using guided techniques for precision and accuracy under local anaesthetic chairside. Dental sedation is available for nervous patients.
- Healing Stage: Over a period of 3 months, the implant bonds naturally with the bone, creating a stable foundation for your long-term prosthetic.
- Prosthetic Stage: After a period of osseointegration, your custom-made bridge or denture is fitted to restore your smile and bite.
